First of all this hotel is so cozy, smells so good and located in the absolute best spot . I was worried that not staying right in Jackson Hole would be a problem, but I’m so glad we chose this spot. The staff was excellent. The only thing weird is the bath tub step into the shower. My husband and I are agile and in shape and we laughed everytime we had to crawl over the edge To take a shower . That was literally the only complaint. I loved it so much we will most definitely be back.

Breakfast was good but extremely expensive. Dinner also incredibly expensive, and not good at all. Automatically added a 20% tip and then asked for more! Hard to tell unless you look closely at the bill.

Great location to be able to head into Grand Tetons NP. large room with comfortable bed and a jacuzzi bath. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good spa facilities kept very clean and tidy. Eating/drinking options all very nearby (walk)

Pool, hot tub, whirlpool in room, fireplace in room. Ambience of the lodge with the bear scuptures, exposed wooden beams, fireplaces. It was also quiet considering ski season.

Breakfast was limited but okay. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room exceeded expectations with great value.

I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your team members, Rogerio, for his exceptional service during our recent stay at the Snake River Lodge & Spa. My girlfriend, Mariana, and I had the pleasure of interacting with Rogerio during our check-in, and we were thoroughly impressed by his attentiveness and professionalism.

Perfect location to access gondolas, close to restaurants, cafes and shuttle. The room is comfortable and clean.

It had great western feel, and decorated very tastefully. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I made a mistake with my reservation and needed any extra day. Even though the resort was full, they accommodated me very cheerfully. The pools and hot tubs were very clean. I was sad to leave.
